At the time of purchase I was told it had price protection and I would not need to do anything. Bestbuy would check on prices and issue a credit automatically. Not only did this not happen buy when I requested the credit (of $100)on my television purchase it never got processed. After contacting via chat I was told to wait 2 payment cycles which I did. When I someone finally checked I was told they had no record of my request. I had my chat emailed to me which I forwarded. After an hour of back and forth I was told it was past the 90 days (so much for waiting the 2 payment cycles) and no credit would be issued.I guess your customers pay the price when your employees do not do their jobs. Bestbuy has lost any future business from me. This comment was most likely a waste of my time as I am sure I will never hear from anyone regarding this comment.

I have not been able to do so. Waste of money, I will be cancelling.
