I got this membership as a promotion for my purchase of the Macbook. This has saved me some money on the purchases on the holidays. I was skeptical at first but the later savings paid for itself. So can't complain.

Honesty if you shop at Best Buy a couple times a year it pays for itself.

One of the membership features was price match on items on sale within 60 days. This feature was not honored when I requested it shortly after buying a refrigerator. Very disapointed on a membership that doesn't honer the features it advertises.

Have seen little benefit of having the My BestBuy Plus membership. I'd been told protection plans were discounted with the membership but it was only during the special promotion going on at the time. Have enjoyed the extended return time frame.

I received a special $5 coupon for being a member but when i went to use it, the representative said I did not have a $5 coupon in the system. I had to step aside, find my email with the coupon and then wait in line again, all for a $5 discount.

I don't plan to renew my membership. Since returning the printer I bought from you because it didn't work, I have not been back, and I doubt I ever will be. The main thing I used to purchase from you was movies, and you stopped carrying those.

Best buy membership is like amazon prime but at a fraction of the price. Allowed us to return a bad item we got (It was Samsung's fault, not Best Buy's) with no problem at all even after the normal return windows had closed. 100% recommended
