I signed up for it when I made a large purchase because it reduced the overall cost. Otherwise I don’t use it. Shop here maybe 1-2 times a year.

On 5-27-2025 I purchased a TV, A base, and setup for 949.67. I was told that for $50. I could get a Best Buy membership that would be refunded on my credit card in about 2 weeks. I did not get a refund. I tried to contact customer service and I was put on hold transferred and disconnected. I did a YELP review because I feel that I was misrepresented and customer service did not handle my problem. Karen H was the sales person.

Very convenient. And the sales people were very helpful in helping us find what were looking for. We had to return one thing because it was the wrong size and the process of return and getting the product was very easy.

Worth it, just saving money when u buy something and the price lowers on you in the next month.

Peace of mind especially when you purchase an item for a gift an they really want something different at Best Buy you get extended time return or exchange for something different worth every penny for the membership

Have not received all of the promised credit card/membership gift certificates. Only received 5% of the promotional 15%. After spending an hour on the phone have now received total of 10% of the promotional 15%. Appears that Best Buy will rip you off in the hopes that you can’t do math
