Refrigerator
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t realize that I need a water shut off towel in the back of the refrigerator freezer so I had to get a appliance guy to come and put one in this is the first time I’ve ever had to do this and it was not in the checklist. So I had to wait for another week to get everything situated. I called Customer Service several times and I got several different answers from several different represent.

Unfortunately the geek squad member never fully restored the drivers, so I returned it for an exchange as was promised I could do. Then they tried to upsell to a new computer as conveniently they did not have another similar restock model. And of course the my Best Buy membership was not refunded. So I am out $50 with no actual product. A real scam!!!
