Not sure if i will use this enough to earn enough to pay for it

This membership is a very good thing to have when you purchase device's and it gives you a sense of security knowing that you had add support for any problem you may encounter with your devices.

Was useful for the benefits and what it cost. Great benefits can be used on other items

Although I’m happy with all the products I’ve purchased, I’m just disappointed with this membership from BestBuy. This is because BestBuy isn’t clear about its sales. That is, although they advertise a sale, which a customer pays instantly on a transaction, they don’t guarantee the product will be at hand. Worst, they don’t make it clear whether one is refunded or not. During my last transaction the charges to my credit card kept interchanging between charges to refund, to charges. This is just days before my travels. Just how relevant is this membership if your sales aren’t very clear? For now I’m using other alternatives to price match products in addition to BestBuy. None of the alternatives offer memberships with additional perks, but at least I have my product when promised, or are refunded accordingly. I don’t know if I’ll be upgrading my membership as I had discussed with a sales rep at the BestBuy store, but I do hope care to the customer is better than it has been membership or no membership.

Difficult and expensive . Took tooo long to set it up, we had to come back,.

The staff are continuously knowledgeable and helpful in all areas.

Have not use the service yet but i'm pretty sure it will come in handy someday.

So far so good. The membership was beneficial for a purchase that I was making, and economic benefit/value is always going to be how I measure. I look forward to getting notifications on future special pricing member deals

Got this so I could get 60day return window and a discount on the TV. Came in handy when I got to price match the TV for another $200 off.

Last purchase I made the sales guy and the installation people were top notch.
