I felt a bit rushed and ended up buying something that I already had on my older computers, and now I have to go back to the store to get a refund. The salesman and even the department manager didn't seem to have a record of the fact that I already had a family version of Microsoft 365 that I could use on my new computer.

This is a worthwhile investment. There are so many technical methods that I don't understand. The team is ready to explain and teach me how to make the best use of our computers and other tech devices.

Horrible experience. Sent 2 different installers on the same day to install 2 TV’s recently purchased. Makes no sense. Wasted an entire day of work because 1st installer came first thing in the morning and second installer came at the very end of the day. Was also told at the time of purchase that I’d get $200 off if I signed up for credit card. That wasn’t true. I was not told that I had to go in and claim the $200 off within 20 days of purchase, which I later learned when I called in after receiving my Best Buy credit card statement. I have since canceled my credit card, and I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again. I will spend my $ on electronics and appliances elsewhere. Your company is a joke.

This is amazing membership because you call pick any Item that you like it

We have had the membership for 2 months now. The only discount that we have been used or been interested in was for a computer I bought (which was the reason for purchasing this membership). Other than that, the offers have been for products that I'm not interested in and we haven't used any other features. Will definitely be cancelling after one year.

The membership is a great value depending on what and how much you are purchasing. The free shipping and takeaway is worth it.
