Best Buy Plus has been awesome—exclusive deals, fast shipping, extended returns, and member savings make it totally worth it.

Is it very easy to use I think it’s very good quality

I’ve had the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a few months now, and it’s been totally worth it. The biggest perks for me are the free 2-day shipping and exclusive member-only deals — I’ve already saved a good amount on tech and home gadgets I was going to buy anyway. The extended return window is also a nice bonus, especially during the holidays or when I’m gifting. It gives some extra peace of mind. I’ve even gotten early access to some sales, which helped me score a couple of hard-to-find items. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year — especially for electronics, appliances, or gifts — the membership pays for itself. It’s not as expensive as Total™ membership, but you still get meaningful benefits. For me, it’s a no-brainer.

Title sort of says it all, can’t be the price for what they offer.

I purchased a number of items I needed for my home computing. I had been using am old Windows 10 laptop that just could not handle my needs. It was hanging up, running out of memory and was so slow it was frustrating to reboot every half hour. Purchasing a new Windows 11 Lenovo Laptop was a pleasure. My Sales Assistant was knowledgeable as well as attentive as she listened to my explanation of my needs. I have found my purchases to be exactly what I needed and enjoy the time I now spend on my laptop.

Well, most of the time it's a great feature as we get longer times to review items, and return windows. I was trying to purchase a Video card recently and each time I was lucky enough to get one in my Card they would charge my Credit Card, then 5 minutes later Cancel the order. This happened like 5 times. I called customer service and was told that was nothing I could do but to keep trying. Telling me to use a different Card or some other means. I believe they were treating me like some Auto Buy Bot for those GPU's even though I was a real person with a Plus membership and calling them on the phone. Needless to say, I had to purchase the GPU from Amazon instead. Also tried to purchase A TV and same problem, Warranty was $500 to extend but Samsung provided a free extended 4-year warranty, so again did not purchase from Best Buy. So this year, I have not used my Plus membership due to not being able to purchase anything without the orders being canceled. I may let it lapse this year, and if I need another high-dollar Item, repurchase.

The "deal" was understandable (and I'm skeptic of everything and everone). If I purchased it or added it to my purchase, then you know it's just the right thing to do

I purchased this membership because it offered me a discount on the TV i wanted purchase. In doing so, it also gave me a 6 month XMSiris membership. So far, I enjoy it..

Definitely real value, but the upgrade is most buck for money, since it automatically buys any protection for your product. Protection is definitely not cheap so it’s good they include it for every device in the upgrade plan.

Disappointed that the plus membership doesn’t provide any perks for Pokemon products such as priority during online Pokemon drops. If there were perks for Pokemon drops associated with the plus membership then I would absolutely recommend this membership to friends.

TV and sound bar are great. Wonderful color. Easy to use.

This has been a worth wile investment. One of the best perks are the extended return window just in case you need it. I have needed a couple of times.

My Best Buy Plus membership offers good value if you shop at Best Buy often. Free shipping and exclusive deals save both money and time, and early access to sales is a nice bonus. Customer service has also been responsive. That said, the benefits feel a little limited compared to the Total plan. For example, extended returns and added protection would make the Plus tier more compelling. Overall, it’s a solid membership for regular shoppers, but upgrading might make sense if you want the full range of perks.

Benefits far outweigh the initial cost. Would highly recommend

This membership allowed me to get a protection plan on my oculus 3s purchase while having a good price. The fact I know what I can get with my purchases makes it so much better shopping at BestBuy
