The laptop I purchased November 2023 broke the 1st year. You're not conveniently located so I didn't bring it in. I didn't know the service agreement would automatically renew. My old laptop I bought in 2013 for $120 still works fine but it's out of memory. This new laptop I purchased in 2023 cost 5x more and didn't work for a year ... piece of junk... waste of money. I doubt I'll buy anything else from Best Buy.
