Only buy the subscription if it's worth it for you right away, as you can't count on benefits being there for the duration of your sub. For example, they enticed subscribers with a Buy 2 Get 1 free offer on Switch games, promoting it as a long-term perk, but then they abruptly discontinued it without notice.

I did not use it. I would like more information on the benefits of the plan.

I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for nearly 30 years. I've always been a rewards member and had an account w/ them too. This program sucks now that they've changed it. It was way better before when it was a rewards & points system regardless of whther you paid cash, credit or had their own credit card. Now it's trash and I've been let down and disappointed with it ever since this new system went into effect
