The first person met at Best Buy Framingham was Tessa Artous . I told her that we were replacing our old 40 inch Samsung and she helped me find the OLED TI 42 INCH Samsung. She up the dates for installation and walked me through the process and procedures to install with Geek Squad. She advised me of return policies etc. We received helpful communications prior to the date of installation to prepare for the Squad arrival. Two men arrived and took excellent care in the installation. We couldn't be happier unless it was a free Ha Ha! Tessa was great and so were the team that came that day. Thank you Best Buy.

The Samsung tv was an excellent purchase. It is the perfect size for our bedroom.

It offers many benefits when it comes to extended warranty and exchange.

Our new laundry room is small but the delivery/install crew managed to install the washer and dryer with pedestals without any issue. And even though they had a busy delivery schedule, they spent the needed extra time to be careful to install it into a tight space without any damage or scratches to the appliance, walls doorways, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up all packaging material before they left. In short, it's what every delivery experience should aspire to be.

This TV Samsung QLED 77 has an amazing picture! We would absolutely recommend this TV.

The member only price savings has already made this purchase a successful one. The sales people acknowledge and thank you for being a plus member. The progam benefits has already paid for itself.

Bought our television on line and had it delivered and installed. The installation people were on time they explained everything that was being done. They cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt and courteous. They made sure everything was in working order and answered all our questions. Also the online ordering was easy no lines

Sometimes signing up for membership is a no brainer when a product on sale for members saves you $70 and the membership is only $50 for a whole year. Paid for itself.

The extended return period is great, being able to spend time with the items I purchased and find if they’re suited for me gives me peace of mind.

Definitely can save you some money on purchases here and there but, it is another subscription you must keep track of that can cost you more than you save through out the years

Wondering how to get sale price on apple earbuds that I purchased and have since gone on sale. Paid $245, sale price 199.00. Salesperson said I would be eligible for sale price
