A lot of advantages but it wasnt enough for ne. Got the total one.

It gave me a discount but I felt mislead in the store. I was told it was a payment for it every two years. One of the emails from it says its yearly and automatic. It leaves me wondering if there was anything else that I was told wrong. I am not saying the salesmen was purposely misleading but may have misspoke.

I am cancelling this membership because I was told in the store that it would apply to get me a $50 gift card with purchase of a laptop, but apparently that promotion had ended a day before. When I contacted support to say I never got the promotion they told me that it had ended the day before my purchase. Best Buy won't make it right.
