My dad always quoted this movie and I never understood. It’s a gift for his birthday but definitely plan on sitting down and watching this with him and finding out if it’s as classic as he says.

This is one of the great movies to come from the early 70s from director Mel Brooks in the absolutely wonderful Gene Wilder. If you’re into Halloween classics then this movie is a must!

This is the best parody of any horror movie ever made. Not only does it poke fun at the original but it also a true love and respect for the actors and director who made the first Frankenstein.

this is one of my 4 year olds favorite movies (I know im a great dad haha). we have it on blu ray and on dvd incase he wears the dvd out. I can help with that hump.. what hump? haha great :)

I remember seeing this at the theatre when I was a kid and found it onsale. I enjoy Gene Wilder in alt of movies and this one is a great spoof to Frankenstein. I would highly recommend this!!

Gene Wilder plays one of the best roles of his career along side an all star cast of amazing talent. A humorous take on the Frankenstein tale that will last forever.

What's not to love about this treasured comedy classic??? If I watch a million times, it's still brings laughs. Every movie collection anywhere must have a copy of this comedy masterpiece.

This movie is amazing. It is very funny, however, there are a lot of dirty references so hold off watching it with kids until you've seen it. They probably won't understand them anyways though.

Mel Brooks displays one of his best, if not his best, comedies in his filmography in Young Frankenstein. Gene Wilder, amazing acting as usual and one of his best performances in his acting career.

I grew up on the old black and white monster films as a child, so the references hit me squarely, but my kids loved the film as well. It is rated PG, nowadays it would be a PG-13 easily.
