No matter how hard I tried, no matter how many different tweaks - these things would not stay put in my ears. I had my daughter try the many configurations they offer, but even she refused to use them due to poor fit and wanting to fall out.

I have not had a problem with them staying in place and I have a small ear. I do wish there was some type of cord with a clip so they could be attached to my shirt when not in use.

Not just running either, I've done burpees, pull ups, box jumps, etc and they stay put. My only CON would be they don't seem to block out a lot of "outside noise." Other than that they work great for fitness.

The only complaint she had is that they fall out sometimes...so I guess the guarantee to never fall out doesn't hold true, if you're being picky. Aside from that, she has never had any problems with the function or sound.

Power issues

The battery seems to last but to power up the yurbuds was extremely difficult. I would have to hit the button numerous times before they would power on. I returned them , big disappointment. Sorry would not recommend this product
