They stay in my ear pretty well, and they have pretty good sound to them. The buttons can be a bit difficult at times, but overall is great product.

Used them for running and was very satisfied. I have hard time keeping the iPhone earbuds in my ears without them always falling out while I run. These have the rubber boot that fits over them and holds solidly in place while running.
