Music sound quality is good but drop outs are a deal breaker. Could not maintain uninterrupted connection for more than a couple of minutes even with phone only 3 ft away.

The neck cord is stiff and rubs your skin raw. They stopped working after 3 months, maybe my sweat shorted them out but not happy with them at all.

I bought these for my husband. He wears them to the gym. They work great. The sound is okay, not as good as my Sony headphones. They serve their purpose. He plans on only wearing them to the gym. I could see these being a problem for someone who has small ears. The Best Buy associate told me that if you sweat a lot in your ears some people have had problems with them falling out.

We originally bought another brand that we paid the same price for and weren't happy at all with them. We exchanged them for these and have been extremely happy.

unlike JBLs wont fall from ears while running. good device, easy to use, works great good value. recommend

The buds I purchased are great. I haven't had them long, but they have done the job. Connected very easy and instructions to use were straight forward.

These headphones work alright for the money you pay. I use them daily at the gym, and they get the job done. I've used others in the past that I would recommend before these. They feel "bulky" compared to others. I've also recently had issues with them not charging when I plug them in. When it has this problem the headphones won't even turn on, but within a day it goes back to charging and working properly. (this only happened a coupleof times).

The service and information I received made shopping a pleasure. The sales people at this store are always polite, informative and helpful in many ways.

Good sound, stays in place. Some difficulty getting them in my ears, you have to read the directions.

Overall, I was satisfied with choice of my headphones. The sales reps were really helpful in ensuring I was picking the right set of headphones.

My ears don't hurt with these ear buds. They felt like they were going to fall out at first, but then I got used to the feel and they are great!

This ear buds are nice ,but the only thing is that it they would fall out of my ears they wouldn't stay...

Love this buds. The turn and lock feature is so comfortable and then they dont move around either

This headset was a replacement for a more expensive one. After 2 that didn't work, I tried this one. Has worked great. I couldn't be happier!

Didn't know what to get my wife for Valentines Day. We both had started going to the gym, so thought this would be a great gift. She loves them.

Kinda bulky but easily Bluetooth connectivity. Stays in he ear rather well. Overall not too bad.

My ears are normal size but these are too big for my ears. I viewed the you tube video on how to put them into your ear and still no luck. Had to return them. Good thing I could return them.

These are pretty good earbuds. My only complaint is that they are bulky, wish they were smaller.

It is easy to operate with the instructions that came eith it. I can use it while listening to music or simply when im watching netflix.

They stay in place most of the time. Think I would've preferred the over hear version instead.
