First pair I bought could never be turned on. Returned and got another pair. Worked fine for a couple of weeks and then had the same problem - product would not turn on. Tried to return, but it was too late. Called the company's customer service - another terrible experience.

Posted .The yurbuds Headphone is uniquely designed to fit in the concha of your ear (vs. in the inner ear like a traditional earbud). As such, it may look bigger than a traditional earbud, but the design is meant to provide the best secure fit so you don’t have to worry about them falling out when you’re working out. We’ve found that it’s common to underestimate the right size ear tip to use for your ear. We include 2 sizes in the box – a size 5 & 7. We’d recommend trying both. The ear tip should fully fit in the bowl of the ear for best comfort and secure fit. Note that 9 times out of 10, we see that people believe they need smaller size than they actually do. To install, simply place the sound tunnel of the ear tip gently down the ear canal and twist to lock in place. You should be able to tug on the cables and have the earbuds stay in place. If they easily fall out, try a larger sized ear tip.

Since all ears come in different shapes and sizes, its possible that you need a different size enhancer for your Liberty wireless. If you are not satisfied with the fit, please take a profile picture of the yurbuds in your ear and send that to [email protected] describing the issues you are having.
