Unable to get to work

"Blue light" came on but wouldn't stay on. Difficult to figure that out. Earbuds were way too big for me. Seemed I could contact company to get free replacements designed for me but I still could not get them to come on and sync with my phone. I returned them.

I got the wireless because of the direction of the IPhone. These did not fit well, the cord is too short for me. "Drag" every time I turned my head. Battery life and sound were fine but the fit to my ears and around my neck was bad.
