So far, these work very well. Easy to use. They don't get very loud, works for me since I like to be aware of my surroundings when I run.

The volume also does not go loud enough. Just about the only thing I really liked was the cord material because of how sturdy it was. I don't recommend these at all.

Posted .We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with our product. It sounds like you do not have the proper size, which can also effect the sound quality. Please email a photo of your ear with your current enhancers/headphones in, a note indicating the size enhancer you have now and a return shipping address (for a faster response, email the photo to [email protected]). You can find the size of your current Yurbuds by looking on the back of the fitted silicone earpiece above the two treads. There will be a code that reads “IBN” then L or R for left or right, then a number. That number is your size. Once we receive the picture, we will review it and determine your best fit option, thank you!

Thanks for being a best buy elite member and I was able to swap it out for a different headset with no problem. The JBL that I replaced it with sounds good so far

The bluetooth range is really bad and the headset wouldnt automatically reconnect when turned on. Also I dealt with minor issues recognizing other devices or staying connected to those device

These cost more but didn't fit as well as I ran and sounded a lot worse than the Freedom Sprints.
