Very poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am on my 3rd pair in less than one year. Purchased the first 2 pair, got the third under warranty. Got about 4 months out of the first pair, and one month each for the last 2 pair. Same problem every time, item wont turn on, plug the charger in but the green light does not go on, unit never charges - dead. Took care to dry headphones after each use in order to avoid sweat intrusion to no avail. If you like calling customer support once a month and waiting several weeks to receive your warranty unit then this is your product, otherwise you might want to reconsider.

Battery has very short life. Beware.

I have put them to light to moderate use--on average, about once or twice a week, with several missed weeks along the way. These earphones no longer hold a charge for longer than 5 minutes. For the price, I expect these to last more than 2 years. I'm sure you would too. I know the warranty expired after one year, but if JBL had any integrity as a company, or any intention of building loyalty with us their customers, they'd replace or repair them.

Bad Product, Bad Company
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased yurbud Liberty headphones on 10/9/15. They stopped working on 2/21/16. I contacted Harmon customer service and on 2/23/16, they asked me to send proof of purchase in order to process exchange. I emailed proof of purchase back to customer service (same day) and the company has stopped responding. Filed BBB complaint on 3/21/16, as of 4/1/16, company still has not responded.

I went through 3 sets of these
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a pair of Yurbuds wireless and after about 6 months it would not charge. Yurbuds replaced them. Same thing happened to the next pair. And the next pair. So in 2 years i went through 3 sets of Yurbuds. They don't offer a warranty after 1 year, though, they only gave me a 30% off coupon to their online store. Time to look at other brands I guess.
