    If you want uncompressed audio/video, then Blu ray is the way to go.

    I never saw the original version. From everything that I've heard about this one, I figure I'd give it a whirl. It's kind of all over the place, like bits and pieces of different movies slapped together. A bit overwrought. Still, I kind of enjoyed it. I'll give it a pass. Interesting frame aspect ratio. If this was the way it was truly shot, than I'm all for it.
