Movie is an improvement over the theatrical release. Was rushed but this is the better version for sure

I must say Zach Snyder's version is so much better than Joss Whedon's hack job of a DC Superhero team up movie. Yes, this is 4 hours long, but they broke it up into multiple "chapters" so you can take breaks if needed while watching it. While the length of the movie is long it's not exhausting. I was pretty engaged and didn't feel like 4 hours had gone by after watching it. This version is completely different from the 2017 film, there's a lot more to the story and well worth the watch. My only real complaint is that there is no digital copy included, so if you were planning to add this to you digital library you can forget it. Warner Bros. is going to make you subscribe to HBO max if you plan to stream this. Besides that annoying money-grab of a move, I do think this is a great movie that should be part of your Blu-ray collection if you're a DC fan or just a fan of superhero movies in general. Definitely deserves the 5 stars I'm giving it!

Zack Snyder's Justice League is one of the best super hero movies ever made. It's what the theatrical version should have been. The original plan was for JL to be two movies but that got derailed when Zack's personal tragedy caused him to leave the project and Warner Brothers in all their "wisdom" handed the reins over to Joss Wheadon who tried to turn it into an Avengers movie. Warners considered Batman V Superman to be a flop because it didn't reach the billion dollar threshold. How can a movie that grossed just under $900,000,000 be a flop? When Snyder left Warners demanded JL come in under two hours and lighten it up. The movie was ok but grossed well under $700,000,000. BVS would have done better too if Warners had released the three hour version Zack originally intended. Zack Snyder's JL is visually spectacular, the story is excellent and fully rounded out with much more character development. This what should have been released to theaters.

Getting this was such a cluster... the beginning of Best Buy having a "BB exclusive", but none in the store and a very small window to preorder online. And I hate preordering from BB because you're the ONLY company that withdrawals and reverses the charge over and over again til release day. WHY!? My bank actually calls me and asks what the issue is....EVERYTIME! It looks sketchy. Have more stock of your "exclusives" and stop reversing charges. Do what every other retailer does and only charge when the item is ready to ship or released. You guys have been my main movie and steelbook hub for 20 years. But due to the lack of availability, horrible shipping practices and strange withdrawal system, im starting to look elsewhere. I'm ok with getting my steelbooks over seas and paying an extra few bucks when i know they will get to me in one piece.

Good Movie. Packed with lots of action. Worth the purchase.

Good movie with added scenes, a good bargain at this price!

Even though I felt this movie was really long. It was still better than the theatrical version. It’s kinda sad Warner bros didn’t go for Snyder’s vision , would of like seeing the battle between earth and apokolypse . Even though what’s currently going on with Miller, his acting was better here then the theatrical. Still say they should of recasted him along time ago. Cyborgs origin was not bad and at least he was done better on this version of the movie. Even though he fits the part and is a talented actor, I didn’t like his version of Superman. My favorite is still Christopher Reeves . Regardless if it looks outdated or cheesy , Reeves Superman wasn’t as dark as Snyder’s Man of Steel . Those are the only issues I had with the Snyderverse .

Fans have been pushing for the release of Zack Snyder’s Justice League since the 2017 theatrical release. After a long time of holding onto hope and never giving up, those dreams became a reality. As Snyder’s unbound 240 minute magnum opus has landed on home video release. With it’s 1.33:1 open matte full frame aspect ratio (to certain controversy) breathes life to low compression in the video. A huge improvement in quality over the HBO Max streaming release. Heavy digitized grain, crisply sharpened images demonstrating fine clarity is demo worthy. The four hour epic is divided up across two UHD discs that allow for greater room in the audio/visual department. While light on the bonus features, it excels in picture and sound quality. Not to mention the relatively cheap priced 4K disc is a no brained to purchase.

In 2017 came Josstice League. A two hour failure that cut so much it isn’t funny. Then came the online petition. Four years later courtesy of HBO Max we get the version we been waiting for. A 4-hour masterpiece that takes the DCU to a whole new level. 2021 has been a great year for DC and reboots. The Suicide Squad we all can’t forget what we got before that Will Smith couldn’t save. But that’s for another review. This movie is awesome. Snyder has always been great with his comic book movies. I always thought that DC does better with their anime films vs their live actions movies, but this is 1 I had to pick up. It’s 4-hours but believe me it doesn’t feel like it. The 1 and only reason I gave this 4 stars is the fact it’s split between two disc. Come on a 4K UHD Disc can hold 4-hours worth of media. Wait maybe two reason you can guess the 2nd reason right? No digital copy. I had to pick-up a physical copy. I would highly recommend picking it up it’s a great watch. Finally getting the true version that Snyder wanted. Saving us all and maybe perhaps getting the bad memories of the Josstice League out of our minds.

I saw this in the new title rack and bought it. After I started the movie, I was surprised that it’s in the old TV format, but in hi-def. I then realized that it’s not a new release, and I own it. I continued to watch it and noticed that there’s something different from what I remembered. Checking the disk’s cover, I noticed that the rating is now R and it’s about twice the length, explaining why there’s a second disk. As for my opinion on the movie’s quality, it’s much better than the original PG version and I recommend it for a more mature audience. My only real problem with this movie is the movie’s case, which should state that this is the director’s cut, or something to identify the difference from the original PG version.

Let's see. I purchased this movie. Took it home. Put it in my new XBOX Series X (Also recently purchased from you), ran the included (with the xbox), HDMI 2.1 cable to the 2.1 HDMI port in my ALSO recently purchased 65 inch Sony Bravia XDR LED Ulra HD television, and finally enjoyed Zack Snyder's Justice League the way it was meant to be viewed. Not a "spendy" person by nature, but since a freak lightning bolt hit my apartment, killed half of my electronics, and did NOT give me super powers, I decided to upgrade "all" with the best I could afford. As far as the actual 4K Ultra Blu-Ray? Um. It worked as intended? Picture quality was fantastic, but you have to have all the right components down the chain to make it work. Would reccomend.

Great movie! A bit long and split into 2 discs which is a little annoying.

IMHO this is the definitive superhero movie of our time told by an amazing but often misunderstood filmmaker. DC has always gone against the grain; even before the Marvel/ Disney days of film and I appreciate it best for this dynamic. The Synderverse does this in an exemplary manner; our heroes are have faults, problems, etc., they have to develop and grow. They're not quirky; they're nuanced- but about it and they're ready to take it to you at anytime- even if it means they fail first.

After years of fighting to see the real version of Justice League we were meant to see in 2017, we finally get it but with WB trying their best to sobotage the success of the film. It redeems such great perfmances from Ray Fisher as Cyborg and Batfleck. If Discovery does not see the potential in the SnyderVerse, their one time standalone films have no chance against the MCU. I want to see the full arc vision Snyder planned on giving us. From there, the DCEU can safely expand with better story telling and character development. At almost 4hrs long, these days its nothing when we can binge watch series on Netflix all day. This is the best DCEU film to date in my opinion, loved every minute of it!

In my opinion, the best by far of all the three Justice League movies (that I know of anyway). This is epic! Lots of action involving all your DC characters…..Superman (Cavill), Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Momoa) , The Flash and Cyborg among others. Nice to see Lois Lane (Amy Adams) and Martha Kent (Diane Lane) again also. Again they must fight the evil forces intent on pulverizing the Earth. This is a marathon 4 hour movie with enough action for two with multiple storylines. I was completely invested in this one. Having complimented the film like I have so far, I must say whoever decided to film this gorgeous movie in pan/scan (old tv mode format), should have their head examined. One can only imagine what this could have looked like in glorious widescreen; instead they’re in a 25 year time warp. I will never forgive them for cheating me out of what should have been a dazzling visual experience.
