This is great addition to the iPad. I wish I had purchased one with lighted keys but didnt realize they were available until I had this one.

My salesperson failed to recognize that my iPAD was an earlier model where this case would not fit.

It's wonderful but the"P" key does not work when I try to capitalize it. I just need to get it replaced. I love it besides that!

key pad works well. difficult to open. it will peal up my screen protector if I'm not careful when I close it. I wish it would allow me to rotate the ipad upright instead of being fixed transversely

When I bought this, I didn't take weight into account - it weighs more than the iPad. When closed, it is diufficult to open, and when opening it (after using it ~6 months) it appears that the fabric hinge is going to tear soon.

Used the iPad this morning and battery was at 50%. When I took it out to use this evening, it was completely dead...drained. The cover didn't shut off the iPad. Tomorrow it's going back to Best Buy. Maybe mine was one of the statistical defect...I hate being a statistic. I should have returned it right away when I noticed bubbles on the skin while pulling the case from its box. Statistical defect. In my eagerness to try out the new toy, I pressed the bubbles down. They popped back up a few days later. For $100 bucks it should be better. Up until today, I was really impressed with the feel and bounce in the keys. Typing was responsive and smooth. I really liked the amount of room on the keyboard. Didn't quite care for the auto-sleep mode of the keyboard. If you don't use it for a while, the keyboard goes into sleep mode. More of a nuisance than anything else. It's just that it catches you off guard because the first few keys do not register until the keyboard wakes from sleep mode.

If it wasn't for the lack of somewhere to keep a stylus it would be a five star rating.

It was hard to install my iPad, which is totally covered with Zagg protection, in the folio. It was also hard to remove. Typing lagged badly. I returned it and bought an apple leather smart cover.

I needed the keyboard and this was a great solution.

The case was durable but too heavy to have attached to pad when the keypad not being used or needed. I returned this item and bought the apple keypad, which works great when I need it.

Looks good in a professional working envirorment and has a nice slim look.

It's a great accessory that adds that laptop feel and operation to your iPad.

This really makes an Ipad function like a laptop, but for less money.

We've had the product for 4 weeks and already keys have fallen off and won't stay on the device. My users have difficulty opening and closing the case. Lastly, it would be great if the design would allow a second position to stand up the iPad.

First this was to have the feature that would put the ipad in standby when you close it .... not mine. Second the slot you put the ipad in will damage the screen protector. What a bummer, I need to replace it now. It does not close that easy ... must be lined up to close. I viewed a review on utube and they rated it the best. All I can say is there must be something better. not very happy in Arizona

I like the keyboard, but at least 5 keys stopped working after 15-16 months. To me, this is unacceptable.

I ended up taking this case back because it was too uncomfortable and unwieldy to hold. The bluetooth keyboard works well, but if you're looking to use this case when you're lying down or in bed, forget about it -- it quickly gets tiresome and difficult to handle.

Initially bought this for the wife but she didnt care for it so I took it. I use it all the time.

My son got this keyboard for Christmas and after a couple of months the keys would type wrong letters. I ended up purchasing another one since I did not have the receipt, box or anything from the first one and I knew there was no need in even fighting Best Buy about returning it. The second one worked for 5 weeks and it started doing the same exact thing. This time I kept everything and took it back to Best Buy. Best Buy refused to take it back since it had been more than 15 days. Now, I'm having to deal with Zaggs. Sorry, but I don't be doing back to Best Buy or Zaggs. I hate that this product did not work any longer than it did because I have a Zaggs on my ipad and it has worked great for over a year and a half.
