This is my second ZAGG keyboard case for the iPad Mini. The first worked well, but had issues with "double entries" with normal typing strokes. The space bar would stick at times, the "leather-ette" cover was not secured well at the corners and eventually was loose at most corners, and some keys were not attached well. At one point the unit would not charge. I contacted ZAGG and they happily sent a replacement. My second purchase was for the upgraded version of the first. GREAT NEWS! Keystroke issues are gone. Works beautifully. The only issue I have encountered is a rubber strip along the back of the hinge is a poor design. It came loose in the first week of use. One key was loose but snapped back into place. Battery life for the keyboard is improved as are fitment issues. Love the detachable function. "Leather-ette" cover is gone and now is plastic with rubber non-slip pieces.

The Zagg folio slim Bluetooth keyboard enhances the iPad mini tremendously. The iPad mini is now like a ultra flexible all in one tablet or ultra portable "baby" laptop when you need it, with 5 seconds flat for changing from one to the other. Keys are extremely responsive, look and feel is sleek. Battery life of the keyboard is impressive. Only a little bit more attention to detail in design and execution would have made this a perfect product to go with an Apple product. Full price is pricey but Best Buy matched a Zagg online sales price for me. Highly recommended.

The case fits my mini 2 perfectly and had no problem pairing with the keyboard. It does add just a little weight, but that's to be expected. After charging for the first time, I took this on a weekend trip and it was a great companion to the mini. The only problem, which is mentioned by others, is the magnets come out. After using for 2 weeks, a magnet stayed attached to the mini's case when I separated it from the keyboard. I'm hoping I can glue it back in so that it stays in place, because I really like the keyboard.

Very sturdy and holds the iPad very well. The keyboard connection is exceptional and it stays charged for quite a while. The fact that it's rechargeable is also very nice. The different ways it can be placed with the case is very handy for when I need to type or when I don't need the keyboard as much and can take it off or flip the tablet around. I am commonly receiving a comments on how small my 'laptop' is and it's really a nice testament to how professional and clean it looks.

I've been very happy with my keyboard purchase…it is SMALL, so may not be the best for someone with large digits. I don't enjoy typing on a touch screen. The keyboard also acts as protection for the screen of my iPad mini ; it's a handy all-in-one setup. No real problems so far, accept it is a might bit heavy. Other than that…it's SUPER!

Loved mine so much that I bought a second one for a friend. It's versatile with the magnetic attachment that allows you to use without keyboard. Battery life is great! Didn't give it 5 stars because it's a bit heavy.

Love this extension to my iPad it's like having another laptop and the keyboard is easily removed and battery last forever, makes me want to add a wireless mouse only issue was one of the 6 magnets came loose that holds the iPad to keyboard not a big deal

This iPad case is super nice and convenient. It's able to be unhinged so you can use it in multiple positions for comfort. The keys are also comfortably spread out. Additionally, it stays charged for a long time without needing to be recharged.

I was looking for a nice case keyboard combo for my iPad Mini-2. This case is it! It's slim, very professional looking and you can turn on the backlight on the keyboard. Battery life is great! I have only charged it once since I bought it.

I got this for my wife's new iPad Mini. She loves it. The iPad fits fine and the product has performed as expected. I didn't give it a higher rating because it is over priced. I hesitated to pay this much and did so against my better judgement. Next time....probably not. I would recommend this product to a friend provided they could find it for less money.

I am very pleased with the Zagg keypad for my iPad mini. I like the ease of typing on it and am very pleased with its portability and adaptability. This product is definitely one that iPad users who type will appreciate.

Adds a little heft to the ipad mini, but for the road warrior this is the best case/keyboard combo. Plus its detachable so you can run with just the tablet. the magnets do a stellar job of holding it all together.

Wife loves it. Protects IPad well. My grandson accidentally dropped/threw it onto hardwood floor with no damage. Ipad will stay at any angle to the backlighted keyboard.

it is very slim, compact and sturdy. I like the fact I can easily remove the iPad from the keys and still keep the cover on the iPad for protection. Great little device, but it is small and will take adjustment to get used to compared to a regular size keyboard. This is much more convenient than the Zagg Folio (the extra $$ was worth this purchase).

This case makes the iPad easier to write and take notes on. It's like a mini laptop! And if you don't want to use the keyboard it is easy to just take it off and use the iPad regularly and it is still protected.

The ZAGG keyboard and port folio is an idea sturdy case. It is beneficial to those on the go and durable to last. I purchased for my husband and he loves the quality and features that the ZAGG has to offer. You can not go wrong with this item. It is a perfect.

Item works exactly how I would expect it to. It is a little heavy for my personal preference and the keyboard a bit small...but that's to be expected with an iPad mini keyboard. Overall good product.

Was honestly an amazing case and I loved it, and after trying literally dozens of them that was a lot. The ability to, without extra work, change your viewing angle was nice. The keyboard needed to be a bit heavier for balance but that was a fine tradeoff for the ease of typing and convenience. Then about 2 weeks after I bought it the magnets came out of their slot and the whole thing was useless. I kept saying I'd glue them back in or order a replacement, but I found another case instead.

I have liked using this product. My only issue is when goin from tablet position to the position where it is up, but you aren't using the keyboard (easel position maybe?) it is hard to get it into that position.

This key board is large enough to type on even for my fat fingers. It is well balanced an will not fall over when open. Te best thing is once it is charged the battery will last forever.
