The sensor will work, but not reliably. The screen protector also is horrible in that it gets dirty really quickly, which is probably part of the problem with the fingerprint sensor. The screen on my old phone didn’t get dirty nearly as quickly, and the sensor always worked. My hands didn’t change, my life didn’t change, only thing that changed is adding the screen protector. Maybe a different one would work better?
