Unfair practices. Cant change policy after purchas

When i first bought it it was under warranty and geeks applied it wrong 3 times. Had to order last one and now they said i had to pay for instalation when it was the roduct and installation being degective. Chang in warranty happened after my initial purchase. They were very rude in the store especially Alex and his supervisor. I told him i woukd not ever be purchasing another cell phone or anything in their store in the future. Nor would i be using my new Best buy credit card. He replied "Good Im glad!"

Doesn't give the protection that I need. But one on amazon, that has a plastic cover over your screen and works a lot better.
