Edges keeps surfacing up creating bubble effect. For the cost of this product, you would think that this would be a better quality. I will be returning to best buy to get a replacement.

The screen protector seems like a quality product, but one corner keeps loosening up. I have to repeatedly pressing it back down.

It is always best to avoid companies that hide behind email and do not have a live agent. Purchased protector for S23 ultra and the alignment holes were not a fit. This cause problems won't get into to details but will tell you it causede to completely replace my screen. A lot of good reviews here but there are options. Don't get screwed like I did. No one has responded from ZAGG. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON ZAGG GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I was sent the wrong screen protector and of course know one would fix this issue Best Buys customer service sucks

Worst screen protector I have ever had. It scratched and collected dirt along the edges. I had to purchase a new one

Amazing and simple screen protector. I always get a new one for any new phone.

I was warned that this ZAGG shield may not work with my new Galaxy S23 Ultra. Within a few days, this shield is showing signs of slight bubbling on left side. The Best Buy salesman did a GREAT job of putting it on my new phone, so it's not his fault. I've always used the ZAGG, but I remember the last one on my Galaxy S8 also had to removed because it kept coming off. Come on ZAGG, figure it out! I like your product but somehow it's not working on these phones = disappointed, especially for the price.

I had the people at Best buy install this. The sides are lifting with air bubbles. I keep trying to push them out to no avail.

Less than 2 weeks and the screen protector is already scratched. Very sensitive to touch and easy to install.

I have had this on my phone for 4 months and it looks horrible. It shows every mark and scratch. I have been wanting to change it out but because I paid close to $50.00, I haven't. The Best Buy employee chose this and assured me it was the best. I have not been able to use finger print feature with this screen protector. Also it doesn't fit correctly, leaving spaces around edges.

Poor instructions and indicators. Wound up with it on upside down and had to pull it off and finagle it into place the right way, and of course that didn't go well. It feels like plastic. Make sure to change the device settings to be more sensitive, and then re-enter your fingerprints, otherwise fingerprint reader will be unuseable. It's still not great after that.

Really good so far. Applied great with no problems. Life time warranty on them.

It works well. The staff placed the shield on quikly and the job was done well.

The glass protector is good except for the edges that keep coming up. Especially since i put a case on it. Wish it was cut to allow the case to not hit the edges.
