Could not have asked for better service The customer Representative was very help to me

1st ... no instructions 2nd... shield was way bigger then the tray that lines it up .. so shield ended up crooked and couldnt use the tray you pay for. 3rd ... thought for 60 bucks and it saying reinforced glass shield i was getting something better quality then a sticky plastic cling on that you can buy 5 for $20. BETTER OFF BUYING THE CHEAPEST PROTECTS POSSIBLE AND A LINTLESS EYE GLASSES CLOTH.

Bubbles up to much. Can only protect from scratches.

Easy to install with no bubbles. BUT my 3-day old S23 ultra screen more than cracked, there is a hole in it now, and there are no touch screen capabilities afterwards. Had to wrap the phone in kitchen plastic wrap to keep it together. Thankfully the S-pen operates the phone. I've never ever broken a phone before this. Need a better protector.

This has happened to me more times than I can count!! It seems every time I have come to replace or purchase a new screen protector it's never applied correctly or no longer in stock or something like that! How can you offer assistance with a persons cellphone and not have the correct installation of it or materials that are needed?

Screen protector slides around the screen when its in my pocket and its warm outside.

Just got this protector a few hours ago and I feel like I wasted $50. I followed the instructions very carefully and had no issues at first. Once I took the protector out of the plastic sleeve it gave it a static charge and every little hair, piece of dirt, and fuzz jumped straight to the adhesive. I went ahead and continued the process but now my screen is covered with everything mentioned above. Let me be clear, this is not a user error. There was nothing I could do about it. I'll edit this review later for the actual quality of the product but at the moment I am less that impressed, especially for the cost.

I usually buy tempered glass screen protectors online for way cheaper, but decided to just grab this when I picked up my s23 Ultra for extra rewards. I figured sure, it's $50, but the lifetime replacement should be a pretty good value, right? Wrong. It's only been 4 days and it's already full of scratches and punctures. I'm pretty gentle with my phones. This thing is so soft you can literally score it with a fingernail. It doesn't really get along with fingerprint sensors all that well, and it's lead to a lot of missed taps and more "swypos" than usual. On top of that, the surface gets grimy pretty quickly. It's honestly so bad I'm not even going to bother with the free replacements. I'll just go back to off brand tempered glass protectors instead and call it a day. At least they last longer.

The item came with an appliamce that made applying the screen protector easy!

The quality of the screen protectors have gone down. They peel off and bubble way faster than before. I have been doing this service for a few years and its nof like it used to be. They also charge to have the screen protectors put on now.
