The pilot holes didn't match the pegs in the frame. Messing with this created some bubbles I never could get out. Also, my fingerprint scan is inconsistent, and I think this protector is to blame. For the price charged I was disappointed.

The cover gets dirty very easy with finger stains.

Don't buy it, it's a waste of money. I'm TOTALLY disappointed with this product. A lot of papers asking for sign up in their website, sounds more like a product bait. I barely found the guide to install.

First off, the tray it comes with to make application easy didnt even match the size of the screen protector. The sides of the screen protector film have little holes to stick on the tray to apply it straight and it wasnt the right size to fit over the raised sticks in the tray. The adhesive also wasnt sticking at all. Even after removing the tray and just trying to stick it on myself. It just felt like a thin piece of plastic without adhesive. I dont think i would buy this brand again, especially not for this price and that i cant return it either now.

It's not that worth and air bubbles coming on screen. Due to this glass finger print work slow and delayed, we have to long press for finger print.

Not a good screen protector in my opinion. On my last phone the zagg protector was alot better. This one if i remembered correct said glass like but its more like plastic

You know the cute little plastic film thats on the front of a screen when you buy a new phone? Ya same exact thing, only you get the privilege of paying $50 for it.

Totaly disapointed. Drove an hour + to best buy to have a screen saver put on.being 76, my fingers dont work that good so I tell the tech I want a. It appears that he put on an inferior flex screen saver and it had creases and bubbles. When I told him of my concerns he stated not to worry that they start that way but will clear up. They didn't. I feel that I was taken advantage of and him knowing i had drove so far I wouldn't come back.

I haven't liked this screen protector since I put it on my phone. It was already messed up and scratched slightly within an hour or being on the phone. Seems very soft and flimsy as well.

I had it put on by Best Buy and it still is coming up in some spots on my screen. I have these weird scratches like it's the thinnest of plastic. Definitely wasn't worth the money.

I am very dissappinted about this product. It was very pricey and not worth it. I have so much trouble with my finger biometric and with the touch in general. Also, I keep getting bubbles even though when I first applied the protector, I made sure there were no bubbles. And all of a sudden two days later I see bubbles starting to show up and I keep pressi g them down with my finger and then they keep shpwing up again the next day. Overall I'm disappointed that I wasted so much money on this screen protector when it doesn't function well with my phone. I would not buy again nor recommend this product.

I couldn't use it because was to thick and couldn't recognize my finger print

Despite a good install on my S23 Ultra, this screen protector completely messes up the ultrasonic fingerprint reader. Even with "Touch Sensitivity" turned on, it takes several tries to unlock the phone. Of course you can't return it for a refund. Waste of money!

The ZAGG is terrible. Now my phone screen is cracked. This product DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR SCREEN. DO NOT BUY

Great for about 3 months and then the protector begins wearing down the sheen just from finger use. The protector becomes less opaque and the screen begins developing areas that arent visible. I've bought a few of these, thinking I received a lemon. But they're all terrible, especially for the price.
