With the product I received, I could not apply the screen protector. Following the provided instructions did not leave a protective layer behind. I raised a concern with Best Buy support about this being a defective product and only got a 10% refund out of it. I am discouraged from buying ZAGG products or from Best Buy as a result of this experience.
