The instructions were bad (for me). wasted my money. Was able to get two pack from Amazon that was 1/3 the price. There was no variety to choose from at the store. Lesson learned.

The screen is "sticky" and shows smudges and finger prints. I have had 2 of these and they have both ripped or had tears within a two weeks. ZAGG previously had wonderful products. Why does Best Buy not carry more screen protector options from ZAGG.

It came with bubbles around edges but the rest looks fine

Wouldn't recommend had to replace within the week we purchased. Way to expensive for that to happen.

Although the tray and instructions were easy to use, this screen protector didn't even go on without there being bubbles. The little squeegee they included couldn't get them out so I took it off immediately.

Garbage product. It was easy to apply, had no air bubbles or other issues. Then about 60 days after install, an air bubble formed near the upper middle of the screen. And of course, the "return policy" is not even close to that long. Either from Best Buy, or Zaag. Won't be buying from Zaag ever again, not sure I will be buying from Best buy, wither their lackluster return policy...

Bought the even protector on a Tuesday 2 weeks ago. Liked the lifetime guarantee. Had to go back the next day because it wasn't sticking on both sides. They said oh, it must not have been passed down well enough. As of a week later it was separated about a half inch on both sides. Great i can have it replaced but once every week or two is ridiculous. Back to Whitestone some glass for me.

There is a bubble in the screen protector that won't go away! It is stuck on my screen so I would like suggestions on how to return it.

This is my second curved edge phone from Samsung, and I already regret it. Zagg for some reason still can't make a screen protector that sticks to the curved edge. It's already starting to come up from the edges, albeit ever so slightly. This wouldn't be that big of an issue normally. However, even the tiniest gap between the screen protector and the phone screen means that dust and debris will absolutely get in there and stick to the screen protector. Then it will peel away more, get more debris stuck to it, and eventually end up in the garbage. Just make a glass screen protector with curved edges. Why isn't that possible?

Horrible purchase. The glass would not align correctly and felt like a cheap piece of paper. I tried to install and it had issues lining up. After about 20 mins I gave up and had to toss in the trash.

Not made how they use to be. Pen leaves marks....

It is made out of some kind of soft plastic. Your finger nail can make a permanent scratch in it with no effort. I use a wallet case and my debit card messed it up. Have only had it on the phone for 2 days.

RUN!!!! Do not buy!!!! I followed instructions exactly and still couldnt get it to go onto my phone, then it tore. Complete waste of money, that went into the trash. because this protector is junk!!!

This film didnt separate when i tried to applybit to the screen and it eventually got dirty with dust and finger prints, over priced for one protector.not recommended at all

Better then the previous one I had that lasted a week but still poor design. Corner is already coming up. Original design was much better!

Not very good. I had a hard time apply it to phone. Had to return it. I would suggest having a professional install it

The screen protector easily lifts from the screen. Lots of bubbles. This was my second attempt, and it did it almost immediately. Technician says its because my screen is curved.

Screen protector indents very badly. I am very careful with my phone and the screen protector looks like it has scraps and indents all over it. Definitely would not spend 50$ on this again.

not glass, horrible in almost every way. Leaves fingerprints, marks from pressing too hard or using s pen, only really protects against small scratches.
