Relatively smooth to touch for not being glass but overall not happy and would have preferred glass on the top. This experience the what has now been two wasted lifetime warranties because they dont supply old oroduct so when you go for replacement you have to buy "upgrade" plus shipping and it cost you almst as much as a new one. I have always loved Zaggs but no longer. Having BestBuy install is the way to go though because if they dont get it roght they replace until they do.

Warning about installing!!!!!

Warning when you peal off layer one the screen protector will come off with layer one if you are not watching very closely and you end up having to install it manually without using the tray.

I installed but messed it up. after, I looked on youtube and saw how I should have done it. not too hard but instructions in the package were awful

This made the protector get bubbles, so be careful because it is only one. If you mess up its money down the drain. Its alright.

Protection that is okay

Its not as high quality as I would have liked, but it works. Film is plasticy and didn't install completely seamless.
