Will not protect the screen from shattering only if you do not have a good cell phone covered for it. Is not tempered glass. Sadly is not worth 50-60 but there were not good glass protector when the phone first came out.

S22 Ultra Screen Protector

I have used many of the glass ones before and they worked great, great as in lasted a long long time, but these seem to bubble up fast. so far, I'm not really impressed with the upgrade. I'm sure it's cheaper to make and therefore the cheap product is passed on the people with no other options.
