Part of it was probably operator error as there were a few pesky hairs and bubbles after the fact. However, the protector did not fit onto the installation tray the way it was supposed to.

Horrible product.

Absolutely would NOT adhere properly to my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra plus. Air would IMMEDIATELY find its way under the shield literally minutes after application. Best Buy sales people absolutelu applied it properlu THREE TIMES and it failed every time. I finally asked for my money back and walked out. Not the clerks fault...they were great! The product was just horrible. Period.

Geek Squad sucks, protector sucks.

I ALWAYS get a Zagg screen protector with every galaxy phone i get!! Yes it's pretty pricey, but you get lifetime replacement for free!! If it gets scratched up just take it to Best Buy and they will put a new one on for free
