The ability to go into any best buy and have it replaced forever is a huge positive if you live near a best buy. I've probably gotten 20 of these while only purchasing one. A great investment. Sometimes it can be an issue to get it replaced and it may take a while usually around 30 minutes altogether spent in the store.

Great service at Best Buy- the clerk was able to explain the difference between the 2 types available. I got the more pricey one and am not disappointed. Also Best Buy installed it on my phone in less than 5 minutes. At no charge!!
