The At&T representative was excellent. I think his name was Andre. Explained my choices in detail and set things up for me. I will purchase from Best Buy again with customer service like this. The 16E phone does everything I need and more.

These screen protectors are by far the best. They have made them so easy to put on it’s unbelievable. You cannot install it incorrectly that’s how easy it is. Not only are they easy to install, these protectors are barely noticeable and they’re smudge resistant. I highly recommend these protectors. They have stepped their game up and you can tell.

Even though it came with appliances to place the screen protector on without issues. The directions could have been better. I didn't touch the screen protector however, the bottom right is not attached to the screen which makes me think my screen is not fully protected. It does come with a warranty as long as you keep the phone. So I'll update once I complete it. Also, it said full-screen coverage, it is not true, I have a gap. Decent screen protector can't believe I paid this much for it.
