item was only for 6 months and started peeling. went to best buy because it is under warranty and had to pay $16 for a different one or wait for a new one to come in. This is very disappointing,

I got a new ipad and sold my old one back to BB. The entire transaction took less than 30 minutes, and everyone was so nice and helpful!

I purchased this along with an OtterBox. Best investment I’ve ever made the price was reasonable and the BestBuy techs installed it in my phone. They did a beautiful job and it definitely protected my screen when my phone fell out if my purse. It hit the ground hard. Not a scratch or crack!

My cover broke for some reason. It protected my screen. Also, Best Buy replaced it without question.

Solid screen protector.. Decent price.. No notes..

Haven't given it the ultimate test yet, dropping it, but in terms of feel -- it feels very nice. I've had some tempered glass before that just feels bleh, this has a nice smooth feeling. And, at least from Best Buy, if it fails you can just take it in and get it replaced.

Cool product. I appreciate being able to go into Best Buy and getting a replacement and also having it applied. Great quality as well, feels like the screen.

They service rep who placed the protector on my phone for me was the sweetest person. They had a tough time and actually had to replace it and reinstall, at no extra cost of course but I really appreciate that they and the team member who grabbed another protector worked quickly to help.

The screen protector helps my phone from any dropouts and falls whatever I drop into. I dropped my phone many times but it’s surprisingly durable and not a SINGLE scratch! Would recommend!!!!!

It does good protecting but it already has a crack in it. Not sure how but it did.

Zagg InvisibleShield has saved my phone many times over. And their customer service and replacement program top notch. Buying at Best Buy and having them do the warranty replacement was so convenient. Won't buy a phone without a Zagg!

This protector works great. Dropped my phone and the protector cracked but keep the screen safe. Took phone back to store and they removed and replace free of charge and hassle free. Protected all my family phones with them with that kind of service and quality.

My whole family loves this Protector. Works for us, we tried another product before buying Zagg, was a waste of money. Very invisible on the phone..

Love the protection and the service from Best Buy. They always put these screen protectors on for me which is a huge service in my opinion. Love it!
