    It took 2 tries to get a replacement shield, but the staff were very patient and finally got it installed on my phone. What an improvement!

    I assume the iPhone defense product is good, I cannot feel it as I have an otter box on my phone. My experience at Best Buy was not great. It took 20 minutes or more for a manager to come and talk with me. When she finally did talk with me, she does not have eye contact with the person she’s talking with. I found that very disconcerting.

    These screen protectors absolutely do their job… the screen protector may eventually crack but never the screen

    Cleaned screen as directed but after installing and looking ok the glass started separating from the phone. Brought it back to Best Buy and they installed a new screen protector. Works great. Just the right sensitivity, clear and wipes clean no problems.
