Dropped my phone and the protector cracked but keep the screen safe. Took phone back to store and they removed and replace free of charge and hassle free. Protected all my family phones with them with that kind of service and quality.

And their customer service and replacement program top notch. Buying at Best Buy and having them do the warranty replacement was so convenient. Won't buy a phone without a Zagg!

It really depends on how hard you are on your phone with the amount of time these things last. It will crack eventually but it's better to have scratches on this then the actual screen. I always take time putting them on and if you follow the directions, it will look good.

Get this if you want lifetime exchange whenever

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only advantage I can tell about this expensive screen protector is that it has lifetime warranty and when you break it, go to any Bestbuy and you will get a new one, hassle free. But size-wise, it is a little smaller than I expected so dust may get into the gap between my case and the screen protector. All in all, it is functional.
