When I found it an hour later, covered in tire mud, the shield had a hairline crack in it, but the phone screen was still perfect. Did its job beautifully. Best Buy Total Tech replaced the cracked shield at no charge under its lifetime warranty.

I like the fact that since I bought it at Best Buy they will replace it free if I crack it. That’s worth purchasing it at Best Buy.
