I've had to replace this due to my dropping my phone alot...works much better than other shields I have had. Best Buy has informed me that they will be charging me to put the shield on from now on...not in the original agreement. Hence, the 4

Mine cracked after a minor drop, but my biggest issue is that their "lifetime warranty free replacement" charges $10 to ship something smaller and lighter than a letter to your penpal.

Probably not a bad screen protector but it is extremely probable that you will mess up the installation the first time. It could be a bubble or god forbid a speck of dust under the sticky part of the protector and you've just lost $35. It's absurd that there is no 2nd protector for situations like this at this price. Never buying this again.
