Good but fragile

It protects the actual screen, however the screen protector is overly fragile. I have had to make a warranty exchange on this item a couple of times in the month or so since I purchased this. I recommend this only because I can go to Best Buy to exchange it when it cracks instead of going through Zagg’s website and waiting on shipping.

I do not even know when my phone fell, but the screen protector has several cracks and nicks in the glass. My phone was perfectly fine. Since I had Best Buy install the protector, they replaced it for free.

I was trying to set the phone to take a picture on a rock, and just by falling over about an inch into the rock broke the screen protector. It does the job of protecting the phone screen, but I think that’s way too fragile.

I have had this type on my previous iphone and it worked great. I also like that if you get a broken shield, they will replace it if you remembered to register it when you buy it. The reason for 4 star is the instructions for installing are weak. You almost have to guess how to put it on properly.
