Simply take the broken one back with your receipt and you walk out with a new one. Easy to install and they do last.

Comes with a little kit to clean and apply. Real easy and had NO air pockets. So far, have had no issues with touch sensitivity and it seems very durable.

The guide does not help at all. But it is very impressive how easy it adheres to the screen without having to do anything other than touching the center. Have not dropped it yet but does feel like like it will work very well
