Seriously! No sticking power! Have been changing protectors for years and this one is just impossible! Bubbles and doesn’t stick. Would never do zagg again should have learned my lesson years ago. Overrated overpriced. GET YOURS AT TJ MAX PEOPLE DON’T BUY THIS !

I used this for a few months and it lost its coating near the end of that time and it became hard to use the touch screen

This cracked a month after I got it. I was in Europe so I bought a new one there for $15 and I have had it for three months with no incidents. it it has a warranty and I’m going to file for that. Hopefully I’ll get another one but I prefer my money back as the one I have I like better and I have dropped it several times

This is by far the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been in. LONG waits, unfriendly staff. I previously bought a phone there & they couldn’t set it up, sent me to the geek squad & waited hours. This time Alejandro was fabulous. Only helpful person in your store(he is a manager)

Not a bad screen protector but I did break it quite often at work.

OK, product, the warranty sounds great until you try to use it. I tend to keep my phones for over 3 years and the stock on this for my phone has been out. I'm working with support now on a replacement since Best Buy doesn't carry it.

Dont waste yalls money on a more popular brand of phone protection (such as zagg) when amazon brands out perform this brand by a landslide!! Im not going to lie, the amazon screen protectors (at least from my experience) crack a little too easy, but at least your phone wont. I had trusted this brand, zagg, for no reason... broken screen after broken screen. You might also feel a slight sensation of getting robbed if you make the mistake of purchasing this, since one of these is $35, and then of course the cost of replacing your phone screen.

It was “shipped “ three weeks ago…still waiting for it to arrive!!

I just purchased this item on yesterday. I thought there was a small bubble in center on screen but there is a small defect or dent in the screen which cause the screen to not lay flat. It is quite noticiable and if you have a brand new phone it is not how you would prefer to see your new phone. It makes the entire phone look bad. I registered with Zagg and submitted a claim for warranty but I refuse to pay for shipping on a defective item. I purchased a new different brand today. The customer should not be required to pay shipping if the original item was defective. I will not purchase this brand again! Then I also could not find this exact name under the warranty for this screen protector. Does not stick very well either. I am not happy that I wasted my money on this product.

Cracked in less than a month falling off of my bed

I was told it would be even exchange when I originally bought it. Warranty. Yet when I went in recently to BB I had to pay a difference in price. Please explain!!

Cheap, cracked immediately from a not even 6in drop dont buy, go on amazon 1/2 the price and twice as good

Ok once you purchase this shield if something happens to it you can get a replacement for free. Yes I said "for free".

If 0 was an option I’d mark that. It isn’t worth the money. I’ve had to come in so many times it’s very cheap and Not good. Guess you get what you pay for. I’ll be heading there again this weekend. Don’t buy!
