They have a lifetime warranty so you just exchange it if it cracks. It takes a lot for that to happen. I’ve dropped my phone MANY times and it protects it.

This is like my 2nd one for this older phone and the 1st held up very well. And the free replacement after 1st purchase is really nice as well.

Only problem is with bestbuy having them instock and inorder for them to order a new protector you have to turn in your broken one so there may be a time period with no screen protector
