Just like everywhere else these days, this company has completely nuked their quality. Their guarantee is pointless because you have to pay shipping (which is half the cost of a new one anyway) and wait forever to get a replacement, so I just don’t bother. Of course, because of that probably no one bothers, which gave them an excuse to ditch their quality control I guess. I have had my current phone for well over a year, with the exact same case and screen, and it had its fair share of falls. Before that, I kept an iPhone 6S for years because I was broke and stubborn. It had this same type of screen protector and brand of case as I use now. It fell all the time. Yeah, I drop stuff a lot. Never had a single broken screen or screen cover before now, though. A severe fall happened on some rocks and cement about four months ago and it shattered, but saved the phone screen. Alas, since then I have had nothing but garbage sent to me. This is the THIRD NEW protector that I have now broken in under a month of use with honestly very light tumbles. I honestly suspect I’ll get the same quality buying a cheap one from China on Amazon.

Always use the warranty Best Buy has. It was a great investment.

the feel of the screen is really nice. i’m not sure what it was but others that i’ve had from Zagg have felt weird, almost like they’re greasy right out of the box.
