They didn’t honor the screen replacement warranty

It had the free replacement warranty. When I went in for my replacement they said they only had this screen and it was $10 more. So I had to pay ten dollars more. It was a poor experience as I paid for the free replacement. And still had to pay more for the replacement

Zagg warranty support?

I purchased and registered the product. As it happens, I did drop my iPhone and the phone screen was fine but the zagg screen was damaged. When I tried to replace the zagg through their website, it would take anywhere up to 10 days or so to replace it. I could not replace it through Best Buy.
