Zagg warranty support?

I purchased and registered the product. As it happens, I did drop my iPhone and the phone screen was fine but the zagg screen was damaged. When I tried to replace the zagg through their website, it would take anywhere up to 10 days or so to replace it. I could not replace it through Best Buy.
