I love the fact I can come in and have a new screen saver put on and replace the cracked one with no additional fee. Only $7 to have geek squad put on for you.

In March, I fell and the phone left my hand and landed on the floor. Noticed a crack in the protector. I was able to use it until last week, when my dog knocked the phone off my end table. More cracks. I understand that this can happen down the road, but not so soon after purchasing. Won't show up in photo
