Bad Bubble

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure if it was the Best buy geek squad guy who put it on, but the whole left bottom side of the screen can't be used until i go back to best buy to have this removed and replaced. there's a huge bubble on the bottom left corner. started small and didn't notice til we were outside, but as the day went on the bubble got bigger and now anything on the bottom part of my screen, the touchscreen doesn't work

Sold me the wrong item

I took it to a repair shop to discover the error. The repair shop sold me the correct item. I did not have time to go back to the store and then to the repair shop again.

Even though it adheres to the screen tightly in a few weeks it comes loose or has places that allow water to enter the phone screen. I would never buy this product or anything this brand ever again!!
