Need to replace my broken screen protector, this one works great. Its like I got a new phone.

The item itself works great! I’ve used these screen protectors for years and have never had my phone damaged while using it with a good case. The staff at the store was useless when I went to get a replacement. The person in the phone section gave me a different replacement and then they sent me to the register to try and have me pay an additional $10+ for it. Customer service is lacking at the store. Had to go back a few weeks later to get it exchanged.

I bought this at the same time I bought my new iPhone 15. It installed easily and worked great, until I dropped the phone on concrete. That's fine, that is why it's there. I removed it to use the phone until I could get back to Best Buy to get the free replacement under the lifetime warranty. They would not replace it because I did not have the broken one with me, I had thrown it out. No one told me at the time of purchase you have to bring in the old one for Best Buy to replace it. I was able to contact Zagg directly and get a replacement but had to pay $9.99 for shipping. If you have one break, hang on to it. There is apparently a number on it that Best Buy needs to get reimbursed by Zagg for the replacement.

It seems to be very protective of the screen. Very good quality. Wish there was a protector for the camera

I have this screen protector for my whole family. It’ll break before your phone’s screen will and I’m 100% ok with that.

Great customer service! I needed a new screen saver for my IPhone (15). I was able to get it and have it put on immediately. In and out of the store in 15 minutes. I was leaving to go out of town and this gave me peace of mind.

It’s the best for protecting screen on recently purchased phone. But beware, it can be damaged.

I LOVE that there is a life time warranty on this. I honestly think that this is an investment.

Overall fine; just can’t get the very last air out on 2 edges. I’m wondering if the adhesive isn’t evenly spread over the entire surface. Super clear images though so pleased with the functionality and look.
