My wife and I can’t get our protectors replaced(been) months because the company doesn’t have any in stock. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted the 25.00 through Best Buy when Zagg doesn’t even have replacements available. “Make it right,” Best Buy.

I was told I could get a replacement free if it broke. I decided to get a replacement from my local store where I bought phone. Since this protector was purchased in another town, I didn't want to drive and I didn't want another screen protector that broke so easily-No Drop! The worse part I thought my phone screen had broke after getting a defective screen replaced. (Turned out to be the Protector) and it could have been defective, they had trouble fitting on my phone, but I didn't want to chance it again.

This version seemed to have some surface tension differences. It didn't want to lay down easily on the phone screen surface. Even once the adhesive was activated lots of bubbles remained. There was no squeegee in the packaging to try and push the air out. Contacted ZAGG all they offered was a discounted shipping code for a replacement.

The service at the El Paso Westside Best Buy was horrible. I went early morning on a week day. The two store employees said couldn’t help me even though the was empty.

The problem is that you only get to replace it once and it’s $10 shipping to replace it. I’d much rather go back to buying many more cheap screens.
